For our schedule we stick to strict trading times so we do not disappoint our customers.
Day hires are 6.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday, and 7.30am - 3.30pm Saturday.
Sunday hires are pick up on Saturday afternoon 3.30pm and return Monday 6.30am.
Sundays we are closed for business.
Yes, the hirer receives a machine and spare Jerry can full of fuel and both must be returned full. Charges do apply if the hirer does not refuel.
In most cases yes you do, unless you do not have access to water on a job site. Cleaning charges are $35/hr and billed to hirer at end of hire duration.
It is preferable to give at least 24hrs for a cancellation. If you have paid a deposit or in full that is transferable to another date. No refunds.
A: It is the responsibility of the hirer to check whether conditions prior to hire. We do not offer refunds so if your job is washed out and the machines cannot be used then we will offer time in lieu to be rescheduled at another time. Machine must be returned clean and fuel replaced charges apply if hirer does not comply.
Any damage done to the hydraulic hoses that is not wear and tear must be repaired by a Hydraulic technician. Most hydraulic hose specialists are call out. Time lost on hire due to damages are hirers responsibility.
We will always try to contact hirer if the machine has not been returned at expected time.
If the machine has a booking for the following day and machine has failed to return on time, you will be charged an additional day as a result of loss of income.
If machine is available and you request an extension of hire you can pay for extension upon return or call and make payment prior to return.
